Hey there 👋 I’m Mahipal Reddy, an IT Support Specialist with a passion for solving real-world technical problems.
Over the past few years, I’ve worked across different systems — from Windows environments and Citrix setups to network and application troubleshooting — helping users fix issues that slow them down and optimizing systems for better performance.
I started JMR Insights as a personal space to share what I learn every day — step-by-step solutions, quick tips, PowerShell tricks, and insights from real IT challenges I face on the job.
